Project Managers are responsible for managing assigned projects through the analysis and project life-cycle stages.

Critical to the success of our project managers is the ability to meet agreed-upon project deliverables within project timelines, and communicate project status. • Use MS Project or other project planning tools
• Develop and monitor the project schedule and budget
• Coordinate project resources (functional, technical and third party)
• Monitor the progress and priority on all project issues
• Ensure project documentation integrity and completeness
• Prepare status reports and conduct project status meetings
• Manage change order process and approvals
• Plan and coordinate end-user training
• Monitor and update the project implementation plan
• Promote and ensure teamwork spirit
