During the Engagement
What steps do you take if I'm not happy with the placement?
Our proactive placement approach is designed to anticipate or head off any problems that might develop. An orientation process gets each assignment off on the right foot. Our staff checks in with you and the client regularly and acts on that feedback.However, if a placement doesn't work out, we will do everything we can to either fix the problem or find you a more suitable assignment. Our Principals oversee all placements and, if appropriate, one may become personally involved in problem resolution.
If a client offers me a full-time job, can I take it?
Yes, Gardner Resources follows established industry standards for full-time placement with no charge whatsoever to you.
