Gardner Resources is led by three senior recruitment professionals, each with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Each of the principals is a co-founder of the organization and infuses the organization with their commitment and active engagement with clients and consultants.

Dina Gardner

Dina Gardner began her recruiting career in 1986 when she joined the Boston office of a 500-person national placement firm. After just one year, she ranked number two nationwide in placements, second only to a 17-year veteran. Dina leveraged her initial success in the field by starting her own administrative placement firm, which she later sold to join the staff of a large regional accounting and finance placement firm. Dina consistently ranked number one for revenue production and received awards for outstanding performance for 24 consecutive quarters.

In 1996, Dina co-founded Gardner Resources Group with partner Seth Weinroth. She is responsible for strategic and business development and directs the training, coaching, and mentoring programs for the Gardner Resources Accounting and Finance division. Dina also spearheads all internal recruiting efforts for both Gardner Resources Group and Gardner Resources Consulting, the IT recruitment division she established in 1998 with Seth Weinroth and Steve Naha.

Dina received her M.A. in Business and Organizational Communications from Emerson College and her B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University.

Seth Weinroth

Seth Weinroth is a co-founder of Gardner Resources Group and Gardner Resources Consulting where, as C.E.O. and legal counsel, he oversees all operations for both divisions.

Seth brings to Gardner Resources a strong background in law, governmental affairs, and organizational management. Prior to launching Gardner Resources, Seth was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for a large national recruitment firm with direct reports in sales, project consulting, accounting and finance, marketing, HR, and administration.

Seth holds a J.D. from the New England School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Business administration from the University of Miami.

Steve Naha

Steve Naha has more than two decades of experience in the high-tech industry, with particular focus on the marketing and sales of technical consulting services. He co-founded Gardner Resources Consulting with Seth Weinroth and Dina Gardner, and, as President, makes great use of his expertise in systems consulting, sales, training, and recruiting.

Prior to Gardner Resources Consulting, Steve was a contract senior staffing specialist at a premier financial services firm in Boston. There he recruited permanent technical personnel and participated in the development of a national staffing center. The group focused on front-end recruitment of domestic permanent technical positions.

Between 1986 and 1996 Steve was a consistent top producer in the technical consulting services industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in History from Montclair State College, from which he graduated cum laude.
